Powstały dzięki charytatywnej współpracy organizacji pozarządowych, firm oraz osób prywatnych kalendarz ścienny w formacie A3, zawiera fotografie przedstawiające różnorodne krajobrazy i zabytki malowniczej, wielokulturowej Gruzji.
Sto dni od zawieszenia broni w strefie konfliktu nadal jest niespokojnie, co uniemożliwia uchodźcom powrót do domów. Dochód ze sprzedaży kalendarza umożliwi kontynuację akcji pomocowej na rzecz uchodźców.
Pod koniec 2008 roku, na mocy zawartego Porozumienia o Współpracy PAH podpisał umowę z gruzińskim partnerem Academy for Peace and Development na realizację projektu pomocy humanitarnej w gruzińskiej wiosce Szertuli w strefie buforowej, oddalonej o 7 km od miasta Cchinvali. Celem projektu jest pomoc w odbudowie najbardziej zniszczonych domów, zaopatrzenie miejscowej ludności w mąkę, drewno i piece, niezbędne do przetrwania zimy.
PAH pomaga ludziom w sytuacjach kryzysowych w jak najszybszym uzyskaniu samodzielności i przyjęciu odpowiedzialności za własną przyszłość. Zasadą obowiązującą od samego początku działania fundacji jest udzielanie pomocy bez względu na narodowość, rasę, religię czy stronę konfliktu.
